This is a good original lower column cover trim for your Corvette, please look at the pictures below.

Correct for Corvettes 1978-1980will work the grain texture is nice with no smooth areas. The cover appears to be doeskin in color, however it looks like it may have been dyed. The mount holes do have some stress cracks from being over tightened.

Remember, you can always paint dye this piece to match the color of your interior.

There are some slight scuffs on the surface of vinyl from being mounted.
