The chrome on dial and filler plate is very nice. The knobs have nice chrome, but there are a lot of nicks in knob castings underneath chrome. Take a look at all the pictures.

This is the law, and I must follow it. Here is a radio panel kit for 2nd series 1941 and 1942 Oldsmobile. I can say the radio dial fits to metal bracket shown, and will attach it with little screws washers.
