Fuel and temp gauges are in good condition, they untested but I see no obvious damage. Overall a OK cluster for your driver or put some time in and restore this one. It rest at 10 mph, may need adjusting. Housing is decent, missing one attachment screw.
Best are the photos. Most bulbs are missing and at least one light socket will need replacement, but the harness plugs there uncut. No deep scratches or breaks however there are marks on the lens that look like something was splashed it.
