Do not know if operational. Rock solid assembly. Real genuine fomoco factory piece for your ride. Quite a good looking piece.

Odometer reset cable is snipped. Beautiful black instrument facing.

As you can see. I don't know if they'll show when mounted. 2 of 3 chrome surround-to-mechanical assembly screws included. Beautiful chrome on ornament.
