When the internal, manual spring is loaded, clock movements work and hold time for a few minutes. Clock hands and gears freely turn with the adjustment knob. This clock is an oem accessory for Corvair, Chevelle, c-10 and probably other Chevy 1960s model's. A near mint clock with original instructions, wiring harness and box.

There appears to be an electrical issue. When connected to a battery the light illuminates but hands do not move or hold time.
