Details:

The glass face is not broken or cracked and there some pitting on chrome bezel around. You are buying on the vintage Studebaker speedometer 120 mph part 530CWG10 shown in photos. Needle does bounce, but I have nothing to spin it with. It is being sold as not working - parts only but I do know if works or not, as-is.

There is some surface rust on the outside of case. The two mounting nuts are there, but no bracket.
