Excellent face and bezel glass mph needle must be off its pivot does not balance will need repair ink stamp on back two date stamps DEC. I am guessing this may also fit other 1946 Ford model's.

Maybe it was an error by the technician or perhaps early post war model that not issued until one year later. I am not proficient in Ford v8, so will let the bidder decide application.
