Details:

The deflector fins are clean and move back forth as they should. Both of the retaining pins are solid. The chrome is bright on face and sides. Exactly the same as earlier brougham outlet's, but this has black deflector control.

The only distraction is a few hairline scratches as shown in last photo. Nice condition.

The foam rubber shim that restricts swivel is gone, but I have replaced it with felt as shown in photos. The face of outlet measures by unit is longer if you include retaining pins and wider due to semi-round shape.
