The bracket is included, as well screw that secures housing. I am not sure what these are worth, so 9. It is in pretty good shape. The assembly weighs just over 1 pound, plus weight of box and packing material.

The four wheels inside housing are intact and move freely. The model's below part number and are from a Vw site, but I removed this 1970 type 3 myself. This is an ashtray assembly from a 1970 type 3.
