The speedometer dial does move up when is turned. This is a non rallye dash. Up for sale is a nice standard dash gauge cluster Plymouth Barracuda or dodge Challenger, e-body.

The lens has normal scratches in it, but should buff out OK. It was working 30 years ago when pulled from a 1970 Barracuda. It does come with the voltage regulator for gauges and a capacitor mounted to back. This sale is sold as with no guarantee the speedometer or gauges work.
