I'm thinking he had this part, and didn't realize it was Chrysler, not Buick, based on the number.

Both were using approximately the same numbers for their part 133x at about time late 1940s - early 1950's.

This is one of those parts, and it did not fare too well from no box, so will need replanting for show. And I have to do the revising before you pay.
