This is an original 1938 Buick special radio speaker grille dash trim with light cover. Plastic cover looks pretty good, but does have some tiny chips at the top and stress cracks starting-see photos.

Good condition, shiny, some lite speckles in chrome areas, few scratches. Usable as is for daily driver, re chrome show.
